Lake Shore Paving, Inc. is so much more than just an asphalt paving company. Founded in 1998 by Steve Lindstrom with the promise of offering quality workmanship while instilling an employee first culture within. Approaching 25 years later son Mark Lindstrom has taken the lead as President and continues with the same mission mindset.  We are proud to say that many of the original employees are still with the company as a testament to the Lindstrom’s culture and management practices.

Offering construction services starting with our estimating department, to site work grading, clearing and demolition, asphalt milling and paving, concrete (curb and gutters, slabs, sidewalks and more) underground utility installations, pavement maintenance including sealcoating and line striping, tennis court installation and repair and more. Behind the scenes, our in house maintenance team works around the clock ensuring all equipment, trucks and implements remain in like new and safe condition.  

We self-perform as much of a project as practical so that we can maintain control of both the schedule and quality of the work being delivered.  In the rare event that we do use a subcontractor, we work closely with a core group of companies that have a long history of delivering quality work for us. Our team of experts have the knowledge and experience you need for even the largest of projects.
