New York State Department of Transpiration - NYSDOT Mill and Pave in the Village Westfield and Cherry Creek project consisted of milling off 1.5” of existing asphalt and paving new wearing course at 1.5”. Length of project was about 1.5 Miles thru the Village of Westfield and 1.3 miles thru the Village of Cherry Creek. Existing handicap sidewalk ramps were removed and new ADA compliant handicap ramps were installed throughout both work areas.
