New York State Department of Transportation - D262892 NYSDOT Culvert Replacement and Rehabilitation consisted of rehabbing four existing culverts located on Route 98 from Great Valley to Franklinville. The rehabs ranged from repairing of spalled concrete to lining of existing culvert with 54” CMP. There were also three complete box culvert replacements. The first was on Route 353 in the Town of New Albion and the other two were on Route 98 in the Town of Franklinville. The new box culverts had to be done in two phases keeping the flow of traffic at all times.
